Prior to returning to Singapore to establish Fuzsion Capital, Chiah spent more than 10 years living and working in China and Hong Kong. Chiah served as the Chief Investment Officer of the Macro Fund at Max Giant Capital in Hong Kong between 2014 and 2018.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Chiah was Head of Markets and Trading at Royal Bank of Scotland China and Head of Asset Liability Management at Standard Chartered Bank China.
Chiah was Head of Money Markets for MUFG’s Asian Offices before the above career moves.
Chiah has a Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Nik Chua has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector and has served in various senior capacities in Standard Chartered Bank, including Team Leader and Director of Commercial Banking, Singapore and Team Leader and Senior Vice President of Local Corporate, Thailand.
Nik Chua’s core areas of expertise are corporate fund raising, corporate finance, structured financing, business development and mergers and acquisitions.
Nik has a Bachelor’s degree (Accountancy, Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
